Are you hesitating to step into lacrosse coaching because you haven't played before? Fear not! Elev8 is here to equip you with lacrosse skills and age-appropriate drills, ensuring you're fully prepared to lead with confidence.

Thursday April 2nd (Experienced: 3+ years coaching with Sabrecats)

6-9PM

Saturday April 11th (Beginner/Intermediate: 0-3 years coaching with Sabrecats)

12-3PM

Session Schedule:

  • Hour 1 and 2: On-Floor Portion (Bring your stick and be ready to actively participate!)
  • Hour 3: Chalk Talk
