Hey Parents! below is info for teams bottle drive: When?? Saturday May 10, 2025 · 11am – 1pm Location?? St Jude School (K-6), 730 Woodbine Blvd SW, Calgary, AB T2W 4W4, Canada ****We require Dark Jerseys for this event**** and we will have kiddos snap a team photo at end of bottle drive together to share on here and with the association. Their will be a sign in sheet ... reminder: only those who sign my sheet will be getting a cut of the funds....and it will be recorded by Dawn on the teams spreadsheet that she will be updating with all functions/fundraisers... We will have a truck there to gather all our bottles and I will have sections of Woodbine via screenshot of maps for those attending... Please let me know in the chat ASAP... if you have a truck so I can make sure each group has a truck and this is organized before the day of. There are also a few team assignments for families to donate/bring ONE of the following items.... 2 boxes of 50 timbits 2 boxes of hot chocolate (take 12) 1 box of coffee for parents to share (take 12) We will set this all up at 1pm for the parents and kids to enjoy after all their hard work collecting the bottles! :) I will post the groups and the maps in the photo section so everything has access to this the night before or morning of.... Fingers crossed we have good weather but please plan accordingly for rain or possibly even light snow as early May can be unpredictable.... I would like everyone to meet at 10:45 am so we can make sure all the group know who's going with who, to make sure you know the area your covering and to make sure the kids all get there jerseys. At 1pm when you do the final drop off I will collect back the jersey and have you sign off on my sheet as you have completed the bottle drive.
